The Book is a raw and honest reflection of my inner journey, from self-abandonment and pain to empowerment and self-love. It weaves together personal stories, the lessons I learned along the way, original artworks I created at the start of my healing journey, and little hand-drawn messages to uplift and empower you.
The Journal is your space to play, process, and learn how to express your own voice. It includes hand-drawn prompts and open pages where you can write, draw, or pour your heart out however you need to.
I created them for the version of me who needed them most, and I’m offering them now to the version of you who is ready to soften, expand, and fall in love with your most authentic self.
